Actually bro... funadamental structure of our constitution interpretates that India is 'Religiously Impartial'. Now the word religiously impartial is not equal to word secular rather it means that the state is not aligned to any specific religion. This enables our government and lawmakers to assess any community in respect to their specific circumstances without creating any bias. The concept of secularism does not includes this ability.
